At Lloyd's request, here's a thread to address things, including shopping lists and whether you want the robot to buy stuff for you or RP the shopping.

If we're doing MercTown downtime, I need to attend the Golden Dragon Dojo for HtH training and also need to know if an EP purchase for the skill upgrade should be added now or later.

I have a few items I'm interested in purchasing, but need to know how much cash we're owed from the final shares.

I'd be interested in chatting with my friend Taen Badgerbold and provide intelligence to the Kingsdale Magic Guild with the goal of helping the city and making them allies.

Considering all the loot y'all have acquired (and I've validated/made legit), and all the rest...what you have is what you have gained from this ridiculously long adventure.

Just to put this out there:

For routine purchases, using Dave to Robot to act as a stand-in NPC is a fine option. (Use this thread for such "off-screen" purchases.)

If you have other stuff to do, want to sell stuff, or if you intend to haggle...going about things the old fashioned way is your best bet, especially if you have skills or abilities which might help you in haggling.

If you have (unremarkable) shopping to do, get thyself to the compound, speak with Dave the Robot IC (he'll be your commercial proxy), and post your (unremarkable) shopping list to this thread!

Anything you want that's special (not of common rarity) or for which you might want to haggle, you'll have to hotfoot it around town the old-fashioned way!

And FTR, I've always loved roleplaying NPCs in Merctown, so just as long as you notify me, I should be able to provide fairly rapid responses.
(If you're a smart cookie, you'll include reference info to the things you're after in town so I can reply while at work!)

I also have a link where he "stocks up on magical grenades" in Lazlo. I believe this to be related to a since deleted shopping thread. The two combined would equate the amount of grenades I had before "the fix".

Should I change my amounts to:

  • The amount in the link?
  • The amount on my previous sheet?
  • Not at all?
