Description: Jack has an unruly mop of curly brown hair, and is thin, with blue-gray eyes. / In Morphus form, Jack is slender, with stitched-and-stapled-together skin, predominantly pebbly gray skin, but with patches of pinkish human-like skin here and there (notably, over his left eye). What's truly gross, though, is that he has a number of tentacles dominating the lower half of his face, an elephantine trunk extending from his chest, and a pair of intestine-like tentacles extruding from his belly - all seemingly stitched in place.

Background Story

Jack Greenfield has had a lifetime of being kicked around. Abandoned by his birth parents, shuffled from one orphanage, group home, or foster home to the next. Never fitting in, never belonging, he wondered, at times, why, and often he wished that he could be someone... something... else.

John Greenfield was named for the firehouse where he was abandoned as an infant, Greenfield Station. As a child, John was studious but personable. Unfortunately, John was one of the many orphaned children who fail to get adopted, so he went from group home to group home, foster home to foster home. His schooling would have suffered, but he took it upon himself to supplement his education at home, and became an autodidact, guiding his own education such that when he graduated high school, he had already accrued college credit toward his degree. John flourished in college, excelling at his studies - even taking graduate courses - but making few friends ...until the Becoming.

His actual becoming took place in private, but he was quickly contacted by the underground railroad, and learned what he truly is. For the first time, Jack feels like something greater than himself.

Jack does not get a free Talent every level, though he will get one at this level (as listed). Just make sure to keep track of PPE cost to permanently acquire any talent that is not free from level. It is also suggested to list any gains like new skills and talents, in case someone other than your current GM is ever running a scene with your character in it and needs to locate if/when something was added.

Why? Once it's deducted, it's deducted, is it not?

In any case, I had a free talent, so what's the point?

List them where? They're on my character sheet.

I really don't understand what you are getting at here. If I did something wrong, just say so, and tell me exactly what you want.
