Sir Ronith's new title as the Lord of Granite Hall I think makes a good basis for H4H becoming something more.

The headquarters, alignment, and reputation are key components that I don't think can change (being that we are H4H). If I understand the rules for creating an organization from the EP menu, we'd need to come up with 84 EP (the 30 bonus points don't count if the minimum is 60)
Or the story might be, that Sir Ronith has been granted a destitute fiefdom that we'd need to build over time:
