  • Beyond the Supernatural: The Lazlo Agency
    The game is set in the 1890's to early 1900's. The Lazlo Society operates from London, so is global in its reach. Some adventures will be supporter exclusive, and some will be open to the public as well. The (pre-generated) 1st level characters are all novices at tracking down and confronting the supernatural. The Agency's special agents come from all walks of life, but have demonstrated particular talents, skills, and interests of value to the Agency's mission of supernatural investigation.

  • Heroes Unlimited: Resurrection
    The character group is an expeditionary force sent to explore and gather intelligence outside of what the Arismal call "local space"--that region of space within a half dozen jumps of the homeworld. They will be expected to report intel they've gathered via gravcomms to the homeworld on a weekly basis. The group is on the *A.D.F.S. Assegai*, a small, operationally flexible, and heavily armed starship. The player characters are its senior staff. (Think Star Trek: TNG and how the senior staff were nearly always the ones sent on away missions.) This is a West Marches style campaign in that where the ship and its crew go will be directed by the player characters.

    This campaign is heavily focused on exploration of exotic places, the inquiry into geographic legends & rumors, and other similar phenomenon. The group are an exploration outfit funded & directed by movers, shakers, and power brokers in Lazlo all presumably interested in intelligence gathering, and the pursuit of knowledge for its own sake.

    Our cast of characters emerge from the grit and strife of urban decay to find their destiny and their fortunes in a war-torn world. (Player-directed w/GM interventions.) Given that the Warrens is the ghetto of Merctown, and the heart of crime, gangs, black market activity, and blanketed with poverty and desperation, everyone's going to start with very little and will through opportunity, luck, and guile make their way to greater opportunities, and potentially the means to make their way out of the Warrens and into the wider world.
