Where am I from?

I was ... well I guess there was a little run on Cyclops' for about a decade. I kid you not, I got a part on this series as a semi-recurring villain, and Assassin-type who used to always say ... Maybe you should have slept, with 1 eye open ... No I'm serious, it was so kitschy!! Standing over his victims. I think there were 4 movies in the series? ..."

"I know you might be thinking, I am a bit short for one of my kind, but y'know. Nice smile ... wide shoulders, and humans and Wolfen ain't that big ... Easier to frame folks with a shot if their heights aren't too different. Oh Ohhhh, and I was in a weekly show for a couple seasons. The 1-Eyed Wonders. What brings me here you ask?

"You humans never really want an answer to that question. Like a full and complete one. Because my answer would be that about 150 of your years ago, I lost a bet with a Jotan buddy of mine named Benji. Nice enough guy but not a rocket scientist. He want's to join the Space Marines. He saw this Holo-Vid and was all gung ho to join up because he saw this Titan-girl with a <cough> tight end so to speak, she was signing up at the booth and he was a smitten kitten. But, he wanted me along and had been trying to get me to sign-up for like a month to go with him instead of taking this trip I had booked to see Kalador [DB6, Pg 33], yeah Kalador, in the Pleasure Federation. Gah, I neever should have gone and taken that bet ... Now the thing is Benji was a dumbass, but we were drinking and ... long story short, he never should have been able to see straight let alone hit 3 bulls-eyes with a damn javelin when his eyeballs were damn floating, but ... then we were in Basic, hiking with packs uphill down hill, in space with a freaking pack, underwater with a pack ... All the time up until I got kicked up to the Smithy Corps., because someone's gotta fix all that shit the damn Minotaurs break hehehehe ..."

The Cyclops leans back into a formed plasti-metal seat that groans ever so slightly under his weight and hefted a tankard with a 5-gallon capacity and drinks, *I mean that's where the story should start. Then ya-know ... a few years learning to magik-shit up, been touring around the Three-Galaxies for a few decades ever since. Fought up and down and across dozens of worlds, though, y'know that was mostly like 100 pounds ago, when I fit in a smaller uniform. Last few years my passion project is making a nice Rum and I think I have it almost down, but things can vary a bit ... *

Zamikos chuckles and reaches down to absently pat a mechanical canine lying near his boots and aggressively chewing on a solid rubber ball, "This? This is Odysseyus. Ody here is a good boooooy yeah he is ... " <tosses the ball down the hall> "Ody has been with me for like a century now. He's a good companion and the girls love him, came to me from an old Minotaur buddy of mine named Nagrekk after he ended up catching a Khreegor cheating at poker down at a bar in Center. Then, I swear you could almost see the shock on the face of one of those 10-foot Space-Beetles [DB2, Pg 91] when Ody suddenly latches onto its forearm ... fore-leg?? .... Whatever, bug and I, we're knocking each other up and down this orbital station near the Tyr Corridor ... and Ody comes outta nowhere, saved my ass the little fella did. He's been ship mascot over and over."

General History: Shifters and Xenobiologists alike have cataloged these curious extra-dimensional mechanical constructs across the megaverse from obscure pocket dimensions to the the sprawl of the Three Galaxies. Their origins are a complete mystery, but master Dwarven techno-wizards of the UWW take credit for these seemingly living works of extraordinary craftsmanship and artistic skill. While incredibly rare to find, the behavior of these automatons is universally identical and they are the finest and most loyal of any possible companion.
Personal History: Ody came to Makos' after his former master, a Minotaur named Nagrekk caught a Khreegor cheating at poker down at a bar in Center. The bar fight ended up with Makos and Nagrekk getting the bad end of things, but Ody ended up attached to Makos after his prior master died.
