User Inactivity Advisments/Notices

A/GMs, please use this thread as a permanent tool to post advisory notices to admin regarding any player not posted to the tracker (always check that first) who has missed more than a week of posting.

If you suspect the player has flaked (not responding to PMs/IMs, hasn't posted for weeks), please post notice of such here as well.

With no activity in some time .. No posts to tracker or notices that I am aware of .. and no responses to PMs, YIMs, or eMails .. Account warning has been issued for PC starting to look like a flake.

Issue effects the following:

Molo: AAPS --- Last Post July 25 2015 -- About ~3 weeks
Emperor Zerstrun: AGM for Eurasia -- Last Post July 13 2015 -- About ~4 Weeks
Grigori Goncal: PFRPG -- Last Post July 22 2015 -- About ~4 weeks

Put Ford Genet in Archived Characters (Hiatus) please. Scott/Archie has left the site, but if he returns at a later date, I'd rather him be able to pick up with Ford from where he left off. He has tons of EP.

Archer is at 2 warnings and has been moved back into the recruitment forum. His last post was January 14th for a full month with no posting. Since he technically has 2 weeks to find another group before going poof, that will be his purgatory.

A/GMs, check your group forums.

If there's an inactive PC sheet in the forum, move it to the archive.

Make sure to post any needed forum header changes.

Are folks using the Moderator Warning functions? This is a great tool for Gm's and AGM's when it comes to dealing with folks. Not only does it create a record, it sends a PM to the user as well.
