Perception: 1d100: [81] = 81 / 74%

Samantha gets up bright and early in the morning, putting her hair in a ponytail after putting on her coveralls. Okay, first thing first. Modify my rifle for a more customized fit. She heads down the staircase, and then down to the armory where she pulls out her Phase World Laser Rifle. Hefting it in her hands, as if it was the first time. "We did a lot, for our first outing."

She puts her rifle on the bench and starts to pull out the tools she would need. Setting up the 3D Printing Machines that are in the mechanics tool rooms. Cole, wish you were here. You were always the weapons guru, and look at me now! A slight chuckle as she puts her hand into the mold. As the machine works its magic, she starts to take apart the hand grips for the replacements.

Weapons Engineer -- 1d100: [67] = 67 / 80% +24% with DiSCuS = 104%
Mechanical Engineer -- 1d100: [65] = 65 / 100% +24% with DiSCuS = 124%

"Now let's try it out." She takes it over to the mini weapons range, and proceeds to aim at the target for three aimed shots, then three bursts.

1. Single Shot (Aimed) -- 1d20+9: [3]+9 = 12
2. Single Shot (Aimed) -- 1d20+9: [7]+9 = 16
3. Single Shot (Aimed) -- 1d20+9: [5]+9 = 14
4. Burst -- 1d20+6: [12]+6 = 18
5. Burst -- 1d20+6: [12]+6 = 18
6. Burst -- 1d20+6: [13]+6 = 19

After installing the customized grips, she puts the weapon on the scales, and then identifies its center of gravity. Sketching out some ideas she sets to work on what would be the best arrangement for the weapon. If it's a bit better balanced, the weapon should fire its bursts more on target. Now if I shift some of the components here... she draws some more on the paper, and then starts to work on the math involved.

Weapons Engineer -- 1d100: [51] = 51 / 80% +24% with DiSCuS = 104%
Mathematics: Basic -- 1d100: [13] = 13 / 127%
Mathematics: Advanced -- 1d100: [53] = 53 / 102%
Electrical Engineering -- 1d100: [71] = 71 / 100% +24% with DiSCuS = 124%
Mechanical Engineer -- 1d100: [90] = 90 / 100% +24% with DiSCuS = 124%

Like before, she takes the weapon over to the shooting range and performs a series of tests.

1. Single Shot (Aimed) -- 1d20+9: [8]+9 = 17
2. Single Shot (Aimed) -- 1d20+9: [11]+9 = 20
3. Single Shot (Aimed) -- 1d20+9: [9]+9 = 18
4. Burst -- 1d20+7: [18]+7 = 25
5. Burst -- 1d20+7: [1]+7 = 8
6. Burst -- 1d20+7: [20]+7 = 27

"Definitely getting better. But I think I'll need to go to the range some more!"

"Okay, what do we have here?" Samantha walks over to the "Little Brother" Chromium Troop Armor. She connects her datapad to the armor and run a diagnostics on the armor. Letting her DiSCuS go through the computer codes to determine any additional systems damage. While the computer is analyzing Little Brother, she goes through the armor assessment. You really did a number on this one... "Thank you Drake"

"Well, everything looks nominal. Let's get started." She pulls out her tools and starts pulling off armor plates. Each piece she scans into the microfactory to have it provide a replacement. Using the computer system to tweak the digital file to replace the missing material. As each part comes out of the factory and she mounts it back onto the power armor.
