Can we make it so that the quote button still appears on posts in threads that have been locked?

The 'roll all dice in post' script skips any roll tags that are hidden by an inline tag. Not urgent by any means but I thought it might be worth checking.

EU's site logo no longer shows on the banner for the default theme. It is just the phpBB logo.
